2.2 Functional

• Live chat (Chatwoot) — enables the support chat widget.

2.3 Analytics & advertising (consent required)

• Google (Google Ads / Analytics) — e.g. _ga, _gcl_au; measures traffic and advertising performance. These are only activated after you accept them in the consent banner (we use Google Consent Mode).

2.4 Payment processor cookies

• Stripe / Braintree — on the payment pages, to securely process card transactions and prevent fraud.

3. Managing your consent

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies are not activated before you agree.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies in your browser or returning to the site, where the banner can be shown again.

4. Disabling cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works (e.g. logging into your account).
