Delivery policy

Server Room (Data Room) provides electronic services only — web hosting, dedicated servers, virtual servers, cloud solutions, and streaming services. This policy describes how and when ordered services are delivered, and must be read in conjunction with the Server Room terms of service and refund policy.

1. Method of delivery

All services are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped or delivered, and therefore no delivery, shipping, or courier costs are charged.

Delivery consists of making access to the ordered service available to the client — access details (IP address, username, password) and/or control-panel access. This information is sent by email to the address associated with the account and/or made available in the client dashboard on serverroom.net.

2. Delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes begin from the moment payment is confirmed:

  • Instant servers and cloud solutions: typically within 5 to 30 minutes of payment confirmation;
  • Custom (build-to-order) configurations: typically within 4 to 24 hours. Where the requested configuration requires hardware procurement or assembly, delivery may take one (1) to three (3) weeks, depending on supplier availability.

For build-to-order configurations, the client is informed of the estimated delivery window before the order is processed, and the client's agreement to wait constitutes authorization to proceed with ordering the required components.

3. Confirmation of delivery

Delivery is considered complete at the moment access details are sent to the client by email and/or made available in the client dashboard.

From the moment access details are transmitted, the content of the hosted data, its security, and its administration become the sole responsibility of the client, in accordance with the terms of service.

4. Delays and inability to deliver

If a service cannot be delivered on the date payment is confirmed, the client is notified and the billing interval is adjusted to the actual delivery date, in accordance with the billing section of the terms of service.

Where Server Room is unable to deliver the ordered service due to an issue solely within its control, the client may request a refund under the conditions set out in the refund policy.

5. Immediate provisioning

Hosting and streaming services are provisioned immediately after payment confirmation. By placing an order and requesting immediate activation, the client consents to the service beginning before the end of any applicable cancellation period.
