The Cue Reseller Panel is a streaming control panel you install on your own dedicated server. From this one media control panel you sign up resellers and their customers, hand them live channels, 24/7 TV Stations, on-demand libraries and radio stations, and leave the server to enforce every limit you sold.
Everyone signs in at the same address and sees what their seat allows, nothing more. You run the server, your resellers run their customers, and the customers run their streams.
Each is a product you can put in a plan, and each keeps its own limits, players, statistics and restream targets.
An encoder publishes and viewers watch in the browser, on phones and on smart TVs. Renditions from 160p to 4K let every screen pick its own quality; rewind, reduced latency, a watermark and recording into the library are switches in the service’s settings.
A channel that plays around the clock from the library, to a schedule. The moment an encoder connects it takes over live, and when it leaves the schedule picks up again. The programme’s title can sit in a corner of the picture.
Uploaded videos played when a viewer asks for them, through an embeddable player and playlists. Files that do not suit the players can be converted as they arrive, and recordings of live shows land here by themselves.
A stream pulled from another server or an IP camera and served as your own, with backup sources tried in turn when the first one fails.
A station that Icecast and SHOUTcast source software and players speak to unchanged. The AutoDJ plays MP3 or AAC from playlists and schedules, with crossfades, loudness levelling and rules against repeating a track or an artist too soon. Live DJs sign in with accounts of their own and their shows can be recorded; listeners can be asked to sign in; the stream can be served over HTTPS and listed in the station directories.
Encoders connect over RTMP, RTMPS, SRT or WebRTC (WHIP). Viewers play over HLS and MPEG-DASH, WebRTC (WHEP), SRT or RTSP. In between, the server makes the renditions, records, keeps the rewind buffer, burns in the watermark and checks each viewer’s country; alongside, it sends the same stream to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, X, an Icecast server or any RTMP, SRT or UDP address.
The panel carries your company name, logo and colours, and it can stop naming the software it runs on. A reseller sets their own logo, accent colour and support details, and gives their customers a panel address on their own domain; the certificate for it is issued and renewed without anyone asking. Public pages, players and radio stations can answer on a customer’s domain too.
Modules for WHMCS, Blesta, ClientExec and WiseCP create, suspend and remove services as orders are paid, fall due or are cancelled. Every service and account event is also posted to your webhook, signed, and sent again if your end was down.
The panel runs its customers’ radio stations itself, SHOUTcast- and Icecast-compatible, with AutoDJ and live DJs. Live channels run on Cue Media Server, or on a Wowza Streaming Engine the panel drives through its REST API, so a server can keep the engine it already has. TV Stations and on-demand libraries run on Cue Media Server. In development: Flussonic.
Each user picks a language, a reseller sets one for their customers, and Arabic and Persian read right to left. A light and a dark theme, an accessibility mode and a command palette on the keyboard come with it.

Hosted somewhere else already? The Cue Reseller Panel is also sold as a licence with no server attached. One command installs it on an x86-64 machine: as root on Ubuntu 22.04 or later, Debian 12 or later, or AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, RHEL or CentOS Stream 9 or later, or in an administrator PowerShell on Windows Server 2012 R2, 2019, 2022 or 2025. The key binds to that machine the first time it activates. No setup fee applies, since the install is yours.
