The generated apps ship from your developer and seller accounts, never from ours. These four runbooks cover each store in the order its console asks for things: account, build, listing, review. Store fees go straight to the store; the apps themselves are included in your plan.
What the apps do, and which plans include them: radio station apps and Smart TV apps.
