How often do you add new discounted servers?
New discounted server configurations are added daily as inventory becomes available. Stock levels change frequently, so we recommend checking back regularly or ordering when you find a configuration that meets your needs.
Are discounted servers refurbished or used?
Most of them are previous-generation hardware. We buy enterprise servers from HPE, Dell and Supermicro as they come off lease and rack them ourselves, and the regular price already reflects that. Each one is a complete single-tenant machine with ECC memory, and a discount here comes off that regular price.
Do discounted servers include the same support as regular servers?
Yes. All discounted servers include the same 24/7 expert technical support, uptime SLA, and instant OS reload capabilities as our regular server offerings. The only difference is the discounted price.
What payment methods do you accept for discounted servers?
